Charges credit card won’t let you cancel
This company is charging my credit card directly and then telling me I have to go to the Apple store to fix (no place to do it).
I’ve been dealing with the customer support for weeks now and they don’t want to help.
Just buy the physical magazine don’t let these guys take your credit card information.

Very poor app
I purchased the summer offer for all the back issues for £16.99. This totally messed up my app and deleted all back issues. I tried all the steps in the help section but I’m still getting an error -442345. I did this for convenience and it has caused nothing but hassle. Avoid at all costs and stick to the psychical editions. Could have been in and out to ASDA to purchase this at least 20 times by now.

Can’t login and can’t recover password
0 star should be possible.
I bought a digital subscription through their website, downloaded the app as instructed, created a Pixelmags account and received an error message that “my account shows no credit”. I emailed the address they gave, which was returned to sender as out of service. I contacted the magazine directly and their only response was “you need to make a Pixelmags account”. Well yes, I did that and it didn’t work. This was more than 7 days ago and I’ve still not heard anything since, nor am I able to access the magazine. Avoid like the plague.

Poor quality App
Once I have bought an issue and downloads I can’t expand the page to fit the iPad screen. It’s stay’s the same size as the App icon - therefore the magazine is impossible to read ! Very frustrating and you have taken my £2.99 ! What a rip off !
Terrible on IPhone X
This is basically terrible on the iPhone X and has still not been updated for the larger screen 6 months later. With it basically being a dumb PDF it’s very hard to navigate and is far inferior to other magazine viewers. Please update for iPhone X!!
New magazine design is a downgrade
This used to be 5 stars. The magazine was optimized to be read on a tablet with the way you could jump to content, scroll, etc. Now it's essentially a photocopy of the print version which means that the type face is too small and you end up pinching to zoom in, zooming out, "sliding" the magazine, etc. Had been a digital subscriber for about a year, but won't be reupping now.

New update terrible before it was a great interactive magazine but now you have to zoom in to read it properly rubbish four four two sort it out and put it back
Terrible update
Latest update has ruined the app, gone from an interactive magazine to a bog standard PDF. Also the June issue doesn't include the supplement magazine available in the shops, why? Never using this app again.
Great mag, awful app
The mew update has ruined it. Gone from being a great read to an awful scan of the paper magazine. Seriously considering whether i want to renew my subscription.
Great magazine, poor app
The new version of the app is terrible. Previously this was a fully interactive magazine, now it just gives you a PDF version of the paper magazine.
5.1.1 not working
Really irritating that the new issue won't download on ios 5.1.1 which is my iPad 1 system. I've paid for 442 on subscription so how the hell am I sposed to read it? Very poor
