Horrible ads
If you even barely touch an ad it opens in your browser. That and the over abundance of ads has me uninstalling it. More accurate and faster news available on social media. This station has gone downhill fast.
New update screwed up weather
Used to be a decent app, then new update screwed up the weather part and radar, now DELETING APP
Cant watch news live anymore! Fix this ! I signed up with my email. Still can’t watch!

Apple TV Audio Sync Problem
This review is for the Apple TV app version. After about 15-20 mins of live streaming the app looses audio sync and has to be restarted.
Never updates
It shows the same stories for days. It doesn’t give you any current events. Very bad unless you want to seem the same articles consistently for weeks.
COULD BE #1 in STL
All you guys need to do is allow users to stream the news LIVE (when it actually airs) for FOX2 (and even channel 11)
KMOV/FIRST ALERT 4 & KDSK allow live streams of news coverage (when airing)
If you guys did this. You’d instantly be #1.

Distorted
Overall, a very negative website. I don’t consider this journalism, they just look for the worst story they can find and run it. It’s almost like they go digging around in neighborhoods for someone to complain on camera. Watching the broadcast is just as bad. Mandy Murphy shaking her head when she reads a story. I wish they put this much effort into positive stories.

Needs work
The app was generally good. The last major update introduced bugs including one where the “view more” button doesn’t work. The support channels/requests don’t seem to be monitored, so it hasn’t been fixed in months. So only a fraction of the stories are visible.
Doesn’t Work
App won’t load on my iPhone with 17.3. Freezes when trying to install. Other news channels in St. Louis load and operate with no problems. Used to be my favorite site, but not anymore. Plus, when trying to confirm, every nickname is taken.
Decent, even with bugs
The news is generally well displayed and stories are relevant and timely. A good app with timely updates and notifications that you can configure.

I have downloaded and I can only put in zip code!! Nothing else works. Used this app for years.
Fox 2 news app, St. Louis
I’m not sure if you changed the format for this app, if you did please change it back! The articles letters are huge and all run together horizontally, it’s horrible! This app used to be my favorite, I’ve tried everything to get it back to normal, nothing seems to work.
WAY too buggy after update!
Ads take up the entire screen, if you try to scroll you get a tine one or 2 line opening at the bottom to read! If you try and rotate your tablet, half the article text is cutoff. Don’t waste your time with it!
Lousy app update preferences.
I no longer live in the St. Louis area but still enjoy getting the news from there. Since you have updated the app it won’t let me get past the weather toggle. I don’t need the weather from there just want the news. I had the old app ever since we moved and liked it. Now I can’t get the app because of the weather notifications which I don’t need and won’t let me choose to to use the weather selection. What’s up with that. I have since deleted ur app and moved onto KSDK 5. Your loss

Live stream is horrible
Don’t waste your time. All it does is play commercials are recorded promotions. It takes me five times to reset to get to a live stream some days.
