App on Apple TV is horrible
As soon as you open the app you’re hit with a loud advertisiment. Then the broadcast comes on and you can barely hear it. They need to fix the huge difference in volume between. Then you get the same advertisements repeated back to back over and over.
Stop the nalaxone commercial
So annoying. For the love of god stop playing that nalaxone commercial over and over ever commercial break

They have not updated the weather in 7 days. It’s like they want the app to die. Try NBC 7 San Diego.

The App is poorly designed for real news, and video. The live video is handled better by the website. Before you give up on Fox5, give the web a chance again.

Fox5 SD live now
Fox5SD live now has completely disappeared from the APP.
Glitchy App Lately
Corporate app should be top notch but for the past few months it’s been awful! Live feed was great, then would only show a black loading screen. Was fixed for a few days and now it just shows a “We’ll be right back” screen. Deleted the app for now…
Recent Upgrade 👍🏼
Had to delete the app and reinstall to get the new benefits. This app is amazing now. Can now watch live broadcasts. Love the broadcasters and variety of local and world news. Top stories are easy and quick to scroll through. Thanks for the excellent upgrade.
Continues to Downgrade
Once a great app with quick access to top local stories and live news feed. And when live news wasn’t on you could watch replay of the last live broadcast. Now, the live screen is a black screen. A couple years ago the live news was gone with just old replays of the live stream. Miss all the great broadcasters.

One Sided
This feedback is for the AppleTV app. It’s all KUSI, even though it implies that Fox 5 San Diego is part of it. Anytime I want to watch the morning or evening news I can only watch KUSI.

Not even close
When you click on “watch live” it takes you to a rerun of 2 hrs ago. This is the only way I can watch the news in the morning. I go to work at 7 AM and it’s showing me traffic from 5 AM. Please fix!
“Live” stream is 2 hours old
No other apps are delayed on their online stream. If you want to watch 6 AM news you can’t catch it until 8 AM. Weird!! y’all need to renegotiate that contract limitation

Live News is Limited to 6 am Replay
The opportunity to watch the local KUSI live news broadcast ended on the corporate merge of Fox 5 and KUSI. KUSI news is far superior to the immature silly morning Fox 5 news.
Unusable on iPad
Full page advertisement that exceeds screen borders obscures the entire app on startup. Can’t shrink or move or dismiss the ad image.
Once I can get past the ad (don’t know what taps make this possible, but I eventually succeed), all articles present text in a font so large as to be barely readable.

Too many Ads
I wish it would be live like the OLD KUSI streaming app. I miss being ablento watch it on my phone every morning. Now this app only lets you watch the broadcast before and then interrupts it to show ads. I feel like I am watching more ads than the actual news. Smh deleting now.
App is not working properly in iPhone
Ever since your last upgrade of this app, I am not able to get into it because it is not accessible from my iPhone. You have to scroll and hit continue from the first page, and then hit allow on the next page but unfortunately the second page doesn’t let you scroll to get down to “allow” and it’s not coming up in my full screen so I can’t get into the app at all. I am very bummed because it was working perfectly before your last update.

Hate it!!!
Can’t watch live!!! I don’t want to watch 2 hours earlier!! Can’t stream!!! My favorite news used to be KUSI.
Doesn’t work anymore
Since adding KUSI to the Fox5 app, it’s glitchy and I cannot get past the weather setup page. (That’s page 2 of setup) It freezes and doesn’t do anything. Can’t see news, updates, weather, etc. There is no way to exit to home page except to delete the app and start again. Disappointing.
