When it works it’s good but ...

When I first got this app it was great. Convenient and easy to use. But now It only occasionally works correctly. Sometimes my name, profile and refills come right up. Those times I can usually get one refill submitted. The last few months only 1 prescription gets through to the drugstore even when I get an email saying both were submitted successfully. Sometimes I get that email but the drugstore never receives any refill request. Other times the app might show my name but won’t let me access refills to place an order.

Frustrated but I will keep trying.
