Roku purchaser
I pay for this through Roku and every month Fox cut off my access because they can’t get their act together with Roku subscribers so we lose two to three viewing days every month and nobody at Fox cares enough to provide contact information for this to be dealt with and Roku tells me I need to contact Fox to sort. So Fox sort it out and let me know

Der Sender ist definitiv super; das einzige Manko ist, dass ein Abo von Fire TV nicht über iOS App funktioniert. Müsste man 2x beziehen. Mein Sohn würde „- Aura“ sagen. ;)
No restoring of iPad purchase working
It’s not anymore possible to restore the purchase on iPad, why not? I am missing so much to watch Fox News with its excellent work.

Won’t work
Paid subscription but every time I try to use app there is no sign in screen but asking for subscription amount again. I asked for a refund from PayPal and they refused. Very disappointed as I would really have liked this app to work.
Unusable in UK
Really poor app across all platforms. Living in the UK means they can’t show ads during ad breaks so you get pre recorded clips shown. After the live coverage returns from the clips 9/10 times the stream will break and buffer, the only choice is to leave the stream and come back in. As ad breaks are very common this makes the app completely useless to use for more than 15 minutes at a time.

Buggy app needs updating
Video does not play properly in landscape on my iPhone 15, it becomes a squashed little window at the side of the screen. The app clearly needs to be updated for newer phones.

I’ve been paying for this for almost a year and no updates to support iPhone to view in full screen once you turn your you loose part of the picture. But does work great on Apple TV please Fox fix for iPhone

Ich habe es jetzt 2x versucht.. Auf dem neuesten Apple TV sowie auf dem neuesten iPhone 15 Pro, alles mit jeweils neuester Firmware und erfolgreich gebuchtem Abo bzw. erfolgreich gebuchter Zahlung: Aber die App funktioniert nicht! - Nach Abschluss des Abos wird das Geld von der Zahlungsmethode abgebucht und die App zeigt keinerlei Veränderung. Gut, denkt man, öffne ich die App noch einmal erneut.. - Wenn man dann die App erneut öffnet, wird noch immer nicht erkannt, dass man das Abo abgeschlossen hat. Und wenn man auf “Restore Purchase” (eine der beiden angezeigten Optionen) tippt, findet die App immer keine Subscription. - Das Ende vom Lied bei mir war wie folgt: 2x bei Apple reklamiert. Der Kundenservice von der App (also Fox selbst!) schrieb mir auf Anfrage über deren Support-Formular, dass ich die Anfrage noch einmal erneut EXAKT ÜBER DASSELBE FORMULAR senden solle, was bewirkt, dass man sich im Kreis dreht! Das ist für mich unglaublich ärgerlich!

Not working!
I never do reviews this has to be the first one I’ve ever done and it’s for my favourite news organisation, this apps awful I set up my subscription and it’s still on the paywall? Surely there is a way to fix this! Luckily it was my 30day free trial I cancelled but I’m worried subbing again will just take my money and I don’t get access again, please fox fix this! No one’s replied to any other reviews so I doubt this will get one either.

Just kept getting a message saying that my subscription wasn’t live.
I contacted support and didn’t get a helpful response .

Questionable Support. Decent app.
Restart no longer works on any of my Apple products, iPhone, iPad, AppleTV. Contacted Support on the 29th April 2022, it is now 7th May 2022 and have not had the decency of a reply from them, only an auto response saying a case number had been created and they would be “reaching out” to me “shortly”. 8 days have gone by and nothing from them. Dreadful, non-existent Support.
(Edit) I never did get a reply from Support. However the good news is that when I checked today Monday 13th June 2022 the programme re-start function is now working on all my Apple devices. At last!

In UK and the app won't cast to Chromecast or Fire TV
...and after initially responding promptly the help desk have ignored 2 subsequent communications as they simply referred me to their FAQ which I had already done. Frustratingly I made a suggestion on how to solve my problem (cancelling my subscription taken out using the app store app and then reapplying through the Fire TV loaded app. I think that would solve it but no one bothered replying). It appears that there is a problem in casting this app in the UK which is sad as I will have to cancel my trial subscription at the end of the month. Whilst the app is great, if it won't cast it's no good to me. Shame, I love FNI.
