Can somebody explain to me why I can not watch series (because I live in USA and not being supported) while there’s no issue watching live broadcast?

Me who has been searching for Turkish shows for so long was excited to find this app. Though you would think they would have a setting to put the app in English, and get English subtitles. They have no exclusivity.

It’s a good app but I would’ve liked if it had subtitles in different languages like english, Spanish, Italian, etc. I wanted to watch Sen çal kapimi but sadly there were no subtitles in different languages just Turkish.
The app doesn’t work in U. S. !!!!!!
App never plays videos in us. When the play button is pressed, the screen appears completely black. Please solve this problem immediately. It is unacceptable for such a thing to happen in this age!!

Simdi de bir haberi dogru duzgun izleyemiyoruz. Haberi ileri/geri almak, durdurmak, devam etmek mumkun degil! Bir mesaj ya da telefon gelse, uygulama donuyor, haydi en bastan.
En efsanesi de, uygulama icinde geri bildirim yapiyorsunuz, bize ulasti, ulasmadi hic bir konfirmasyon yok! Hoop ekran basa donuyor!

Please get English subtitles!! I’ e been trying to watch Sen Cal Kapimi everywhere. And can’t find English subtitles. Please get them!!! Or get it on Netflix in the Us!!!

Is not what I hoped for…
Don’t get me wrong, it has great quality and is awesome to finally have the T-Series, but is not fair that I cannot get them in English, Spanish or Italian, and we were hoping to at least get one of those. I absolutely love them, and will try to watch even if I don’t understand them. Pleas put the translated versions. I beg you!!!!
