Accurate forecast
I find the forecast here to be very dependable. And your website is very easy to use. I love how you can scroll through and get different temperatures to different times of the days and also you can look at the different dates of the week ahead. it’s very well put together.

Alerts way too often
Far too many non-emergency notifications including warm ups. Why? Voice notifications are annoying. Far too many videos rather than just the forecast. I don’t have time to sit and watch a one minute weather forecast when all I want is just the actual forecast. Much better weather apps out there.
Almost excellent
I’m using what is currently the most recent version of this app 6.1.301 and it works well except for the massive resource use on my phone. Even after closing it, it takes several seconds for my phone to stop being laggy etc… I did not have this issue with prior versions.

I have weather alerts setup on my iPhone. I allow alerts 24x7 (ie do not disturb) in case of emergency weather notices.
The latest updates to the app send non emergency notifications very early in the morning. Obviously I don’t wish to be woke up for normal weather notices so please do something that will discontinue these alerts. Otherwise, I’m going to have to turn off whiz weather alerts and use a different platform for weather.

24 hour radar
24 hour future radar hasn’t worked fully for about a year now.
Was favorite wx app
Was my favorite wx app until the voice notifications started announcing that a new wx notification has arrived. Most of those are benign and needlessly wake me up.

whats new all CAPS
This is feedback. The daily summary headline for each day was changed to all caps it makes it very hard to read. SUNNY WITH SPOTTY SHOWERS example just akward to look at in tiny print on my iPad, the lower font with first let cap was more legible.

Catherine Bodak is a good meteorologist. Pleasant and informative.
Location accuracy is way off
Several times I’ll receive notifications that there is heavy rainfall in my area and there’s no rain in my location. Love the videos for the upcoming forecast!

What happened
This was a good app. What happened to it. I keep getting notifications about heavy rain or lightning. When I look at the radar there is nothing even close to me. I deleted the app and reset the location but still no good.
Gross ads!
I really don’t need to see the ads with bugs coming out of someone’s ear and crawling on their face! I don’t mind an ad, but that’s just gross and unnecessary.
24 hour Radar
The 24 hour radar does not show 24 hours it only shows 12 and stops loading the rest.
no data upon opening
no temp data in the last couple days just double line data finally comes in after a few minutes, I deleted the app and reinstalled a few days later and it’s still the same thing. It’s not working it crashes it closes out. I open up and everything is blank. I have a new iPad. It’s not a space issue. It’s not a memory issue. It’s not a Wi-Fi issue before it would take a minute before the temperatures would load now nothing is loading the developers need to fix the app. I left this review a week or two ago and the app still does not work. You open it up. You try to click on something and it immediately closes out. It keeps doing it. I opened it up last night. I finally got it to work, but it just sits there and takes three minutes to load the temperature the radar and then be careful where you click because it’s gonna close out I don’t know why they arent trying to fix it. no developer response. there really isn’t any apps to choose for Northern Kentucky is like a stepchild here. Deleted the app until I here from a developer. frustrating.
