Where’s the story?
The alert is that tomorrow’s commute may be disrupted due to a fire. After sitting through the app commercial there is no such story. Of course, this is expected by the channel that interrupts new broadcasts of Jeopardy and 25 words or less to bring us news about the Bengals that nobody cares about.

Great app, very informative
Love it but I hate that the sound comes on if you click a story. I wish the story would come up and then you have to hit the sound to turn on.
Video auto play
Stop playing video automatically every time I go into a news article.
Irritating newsreels
Please let me know if there is a way to turn off the newsreels that automatically come on when scrolling through the news feeds. Short of silencing the phone, which also silences incoming calls and messages, there’s no way to turn off the audio from the newsreels. Thanks in advance.

Not sure why all of my settings are correct but this ap does nothing but auto play every video and ad on it.

Frustrating. Have to click through two ads before I get the news feed. Stories won’t close unless I hit X or back twice

The FOX19 Now app has been “updated” and it is terrible now! Please restore it back to the previous version!!
Fair App
App doesn’t give you the option to stop the autoplay of videos. And recently the number of ads continues to increase.
New app is poor!
Locks up. Video volume is not muted. Few news stories.

Previous version was better. You can’t fwd a story and sound defaults to on when u play a video. God forbid you’re looking at your app in a meeting and click on a story with a video.
Updated App
Please.PLEASE! Get rid of this update, revert to the old version if necessary. If not, then at least demote or fire the person responsible for this monstrosity. Much harder to navigate, tiny almost impossible picture for old eyes to see, non-descriptive one-liner for headline,

Worst App Ever
This is seriously the worst app on my phone. The search is absolutely terrible - like I can type in the exact headline I get on a push notification and still not find the article. The ads are horrendous and often take over the whole page. So I hardly ever take the time to open for an article - just read a headline. I was hopeful for the latest update because it was a major UI change but now I can’t clear the red circle notification on the top of the app icon on my home screen no matter how many times I come in to clear the notifications page in-app. So I’ll probably end up deleting the stupid thing.

Liked the last version better
I don’t appreciate opening up your new app to find a line of pornographic images in between each category at all. Not happy at all about that. Please correct the issue and clean up your app or I will be deleting it.
