Crashes
Every time I use this app on my SYNC 4 in my Ford F-150 Raptor 2022 XLT Powerboost Hybrid Texas Edition it starts working and then it crashes and my SYNC 4 System won’t start for like 30 minutes because it has to resets FOX 4 FIX THIS!!!! 🤬
Needs serious maintenance
Map will not show on my phone (iPhone 11 Pro Max). All my other app maps works fine. This one will not display road maps.

Good concept but app crashes
I’ve seen the app promoted on the news, thought I would give it a try. The concept is good but after I put in the address I was going to the app froze up and then crashed. Another thing that should be changed, when I put in the address to go to the perspective of the map shows what is behind you. The map should show the direction of your driving and not what is behind you. To make it clear, 3/4ths of the screen is where you have been (useless info) and 1/4th is where you are going. I’m deleting the app and Fox4 needs to stop promoting this app on the news until they fix these issues. Would try the app again but I did see poor reviews from 2-3 years ago with similar issues so I’m not hopeful anything will be fixed. Shame, would have been great if it worked properly!

Are you kidding me Fox 4?!?! This thing has been HORRIBLE but I muddled through and as of yesterday it says ‘we need to set up your account.’
How about NOPE!!!!! All Dallas wanted was a simple APP to show us construction and accidents. Not track our movements or collect personal information.

Tracks ur location even when u r logged out of the app!!

To fix it you have to go off the app double tap the home button and swipe up on the app that you want to stop location : )

I have my settings to only allow my location while I’m using the app, but it is ALWAYS using my location.

Great app
Only giving 4 stars because of one issue that needs to be fixed - the beacon that shows where I am needs to be centered on the bottom of the screen not the center of the screen - I don't need to see the traffic and stuff from were I have been and need to be able see more of were I am going and up coming traffic. Look at the Waze app and see where the beacon is located ( at the bottom of the screen ). Other than that great app.

Horrible App!!! Beware!!!
I have an iPhone 6S Plus installed the app at 7a on my way to work, performed ok but once I arrived I could not log off. I didn't think too much of it until the warning appeared stating '20% power' remaining, I picked up the phone it was so warm again I could not shut the app down! Finally I removed it from my phone this was at 8:30, so in 1 1/2 hours it just about killed my phone!!

Inaccurate!!!!
This app is inaccurate. It does not have up to date maps with correct addresses and, when location services are activated for "only when app is in use" it does not close when the app closes; it continues to run in the background, using unnecessary battery life. When I register this problem, there is no response.

Absolutely useless
Tired of sitting in bumper-to-bumper traffic on the Tollway while this displays green and 0 minutes delay. Removing it now.
Fox4 Fastlane
I do like the layout of the app and how simple it is to add favorites to it. My only issue is it does not give in route updates previous to route points. That is a issue if you don't want to be looking at the app while driving all the time. It does give your reports on route selected for the beginning of the route. I have sent in two tickets on the issue and I am waiting on feed back.
