You recently did an update on this app and now it won’t open on my iPad. I click on it it will blink and close. No problems with any of my other apps every other window will open just not the fox play. I shut down and restarted my iPad but it did not help. Could you please look into it.

Rec’d email about a sweepstakes win and responded within timeframe to receive $100 credit for slot play. Opened up a chat and also emailed to ensure my response was received and never rec’d my winnings or response to my chat or email. It may be time to delete my account and move on to another app. VERY disappointing!

I updated this and lost almost 2Trillion coins. My balance was 1,900,000,000,000 on the game it is 1,900,000M. I updated and the M disappeared, leaving me with 190 billion. They refused to acknowledge and return coins. It is in my game history. They said they looked and can’t see it. I believe they found it and won’t return coins. What a rip off this is.
