App doesn’t work. When I open it just says This restaurant not available right now. Please call restaurant to order. I never even entered the restaurant I prefer.

Foxes App
Love our Foxes. App does not work. At all. Wish it did wanted to order on our way home. Went with another shop who’s app worked. Sorry Fox.

Can’t even get to the point of ordering
Downloaded the app. Tried to allow it to see my location and it said “restaurant not available.” Okay. There’s a fox’s 2 minutes from me. I hit “skip.” It says “restaurant not available.”
Won’t Work
Loaded app will not function. You would think they would resolve issue. I see others have same problem.

App doesn’t work
Downloaded the app as a Foxs opened nearby me. When it asks for Location, it gives an error saying no restaurant nearby and won’t give a way to continue forward. So essentially, it locks up on gps location and is ruined from there. It needs to be fixed.
App never works
This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used... it never works either errors or just outright quits.... too bad there pizza is amazing. The one star rating is for the App and does not constitute the quality of their food.

App won’t load. After installing, it asked if I’d allow the notifications and share my location, I agreed to both, after that it just keeps “loading” and never actually opens. Got on the website using Chrome on my phone and it just kept running me around in circles when I’d enter my location, clicked on it and tried to start my order but I never could get it to actually let me pull up the menu for my location to even place an order! I try calling and it’s constantly busy. Sent a message on fb but no reply yet. Still waiting for it to actually deliver to whatever device they’re using.. I really hate this bc tbh, we don’t normally order from here bc I’ve never liked the pizza to start with but I love the cheesy bread and my family likes the pizza.. so I’m trying to give it another chance to “wow me” but I can’t even place an order so I doubt I’ll be trying again. I tried..

Hey Fox’s corporate... you’re a bunch of idiots. Apparently you don’t keep tabs on social media or shelf ware products like this useless app. So to send you a strong message I’ll be buying from papa johns because their app works flawlessly.
Doesn’t work
Whenever I open the app it pulls up the loading screen with the pizza background, foxes logo on top, and the powered by chow now on the bottom and just continually loads. It never pulls anything else up so it would be good if it worked.
