Totally Sucks
Can’t charge unless you download the app. After you download the app it makes you confirm your account through email…then the email link goes to a dead page. It’s hard to find the information you need. By far the worst charging station app

This was the most frustrating charge ever! Not only does the cost come out to almost 60-cents per kWh, but the station was derated. 37.5 kW is not acceptable.

Impossible to manage app
I have been using the EV station for a year six months. I didn’t have any problems but lately it won’t let me charge my car even when I call I spent like 3040 minutes with the agent and they couldn’t find an answer. I cleared the application I have reinstalled the application in the same problem.
Doesn’t work
The app is constantly logging me out, which changes my charging schedule. Needs to be fixed
Stats are hard to read
In the history, there is a graph but no easy way to tell the exact kWh for each month. In this world of data, it’s a poor way to show the stats

Chargers don’t work half the time and they now charge .45…Even on low demand.

App is ok. Not horrible but not great either. The chargers were fine. Cables are really heavy. I can’t imagine one of my parents ever using FPL’s DC charger.

Shade
It was high noon on a sunny day. I had a problem reading my phone in the bright sunshine. I needed to be near the charger to have it accept my payment method, but even though I provided shade with my body I couldn’t read the screen of my phone because of the glare from the sunshine on the pavement. I had to go into my car to read the screen, then go back to the charger to try to make the correct selections. Please provide shade in the area around your chargers. This is the sunshine state!

Low charging speed vs Tesla Chargers at same location
Even though I charged at a 350kw FPL charger, the charger rate is much slower than the Tesla 250KW chargers at the same location. I unplugged at the FPL charger as soon as a Tesla 250 kw charger was available. FPL is also way more expensive per KWh than Tesla.
