Your balance, statements, building services and admin messages live in one place — no queues, no paper forms, no waiting for office hours. Know what you owe Your outstanding balance and next due date greet you on the home screen. Open any statement to see the charges behind it — association dues, real property tax, special assessments — with payments already applied. Pay without leaving the app Settle a single bill or your full balance through GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or record an over-the-counter payment at the admin office. Every payment produces a receipt you can pull up later. Request building services Register expected visitors, request gate passes for deliveries and pull-outs, file work permits and vehicle stickers, track packages held at the lobby, and log an away notice before a long trip. Each request keeps its own status so you always know where it stands. Talk to your admin directly Report a leak or a broken fixture, attach a photo, and follow the thread through to the technician's visit. Building advisories — water interruptions, elevator maintenance, community events — arrive in the same place. Manage your household Keep your unit details, household members and resident digital ID up to date, and switch between units if you hold more than one.
