Fun concept!
This game has the potential to be a great and fun learning app! It can be very difficult, however. As another reviewer has said, having different levels of difficulty would make it more fun.
Keep the fraction difficulty, but ease up on the thresholds for new lives/lost lives. Have options for 5% above and below?
Maybe a game mode with gridlines?
Make the color level rise and fall so that there’s a chance to get it again if you start with a very small fraction?

Ok so I have not rated a app before. So I really like the game but some of the fractions are really difficult so maybe you could make a challenge level? Finally I think it would be very interesting if you made a long division app or Morse code app! Anyway great job it is really good!
