Fragrance isn't easy to get in Canada since retail is like 200 for AXE and half the fragrance apps and websites are only for the USA, I ordered Jean Paul Gaultier and it came in perfect condition in 9 days, smelled exactly like how it should’ve

Very low quality perfume they provide
I have used club de nuit intense (men) earlier also but this time i thought to buy from the fragrance Canada the same perfume but this time the fragrance goes out within 2-3 hours but earlier the fragrance stays till 1-2 days. I will never recommend anyone to buy perfume from here. They are making us fool. And this is the real review.

Horrible never order from here
Never shipped my package. Thanks a lot Christmas is in 2 days and they said they sent it but I just called ups and they never even received a pickup address. Terrible customer service also seeing as there’s no way to contact them unless you search for 15 minutes and their office is closed on a Saturday at 3pm before Christmas. Will absolutely never make the mistake of ordering from fragrance Canada again and I hope this saves someone else their time and money.

Bad service
People don’t buy anything from this store because they don’t help you. I ordered a cologne for my husband but accidentally ordered the wrong one and I called a dozen times and no one answered left a dozen voicemails and no response. I paid $500 and they don’t want to even bother to help. This is my first and last time I am ordering from them.

Promo code doesn’t work
The promo codes Fragrance Canada provide never works.
After placing order I received a promo code that if I download the app, promo code WELCOME10 will give you 10% off on the first order.
But it never worked. I changed the account, make a new account and again nothing.

Fake perfume with price discrepancies
I tried to order a Versace perfume 200 ml and the price mentioned in the website says $139 and when I was ready to check out it jumped to $193 upon call customer service they simply said if you you wanna buy at higher price is ok otherwise leave it and I showed all the screenshots still no one helped me. I wish could give them 0 stars ✨

Site is terrible
I can't shop online at all. The site is so glitchy it kicks me out and recalculates everything every 3 seconds.
Quality not great
I bought bunch of different colonies and perfumes. Unfortunately the smell is weak and don't last (this is for all colones and perfumes). Some men colones (Boss for example) can barely be smelled which gives me a concern on the quality and if these are knock offs for known brands. I wont be buying from this website and don't recommend it. Specially when spending 500$ on 1 order.

Product isn’t authentic
I was so excited when I found this site to purchase my byredo Gypsy Water.
I opened my shipment today
All the same packaging as the product I buy from Holtrenfrew but when I looked at it in the bottle I could see it had a different colour to it.
And then when I sprayed it on it smelled of a strong scent of alcohol over the scent of the perfume.
In addition, the company doesn’t allow customers to return if item has had the cellophane taken off ( which is only way you can determine if item is authentic!)
Complete rip off!

I am using perfumes in past 45 years and i am in this business for past 17 years in Dubai , one time i bought perfume from your company and one of my purchases was Club de Nuit intense man , i am surly sure that this perfume was NOT 100 Ml because i did not use this more then 10 tomes and today it is finished😂😂which i my believe it is total scam.i am very sorry for brand holder.
