Can’t access my photos

Reported a problem re accessing photos.
Contacted them and their response was quick and helpful.
All credit to them.

Can’t access my photos

Thought accessing my photos would have been available but I can’t see any way of doing it. The button to do so is greyed out and not usable.
So the app is pretty useless and a waste of the fee.

Many thanks for your feedback. The button is grayed out because you probably answered "No" when the app asked for permission to access the photos. Go to IOS settings, under privacy, and allow Framebuilder to use it. Feel free to contact me privately to clarify. Kind regards.

I’ve had this app for over five years

And I’ve loved it from the start. To be able to precisely preview potential colors and sizes of mats and frames with your artwork is such a convenient and valuable tool.

Was Superb you’ve ruined it!

How the heck do you send a finished project to my photo file? Only been using this latest version for 10 minutes and I’m deeply annoyed! What was once a perfect app that was easy to understand has now become a total DISASTER! You’ve made it over complicated with a mish mash of features that are mostly whimsical and unnecessary for professional artists? All we want IS WHAT IT USED TO BE before you messed about with it! I can’t even find a way to send a framed picture to my photo file? NOT HAPPY! What’s that little heart for at top right? Get rid of it! It encroaches on to the frame? Sorry but you just ruined a good app!

Fix the Shadow

Fix the Shadow

Been using frame builder for years. Loved it but with new update you changed the close to wall realistic shadow to a long shadow I would use in a 3D floating element. Very strange choice.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Shadow settings can be reset in the general settings (tap the first thumbnail of the table, and choose the light button in the toolbar). If possible, send me a screenshot by email, it would be useful for me to understand your problem. Thanks in advance.
