About

Turn any video into a photo. Import a clip, scrub to the exact moment, and save that single frame to your camera roll at the video's own native resolution — no screen recording, no re-filming, no quality loss. Screenshotting a playing video hands you a screen-sized image with the interface baked in and the wrong aspect ratio. This app reads the frame straight out of the video file with zero-tolerance extraction, so frame #1,482 really is frame #1,482 — at the source pixel size, written out as lossless PNG or as JPEG at the quality you choose. WHAT YOU GET - The precise moment you were after, not the blurry half-second beside it, thanks to single-frame stepping (-1, +1, -5, +5) and a live timecode readout - A full-resolution still saved into Photos at the video's true pixel size, in the format and JPEG quality you picked - Every frame of the clip laid out as a browsable grid, so you can scan the whole sequence and tick the keepers instead of hunting one at a time - Dozens of stills in a single pass with interval extraction: one frame every N seconds or every N frames, across the whole video or a range you set - A saved library of grabbed frames, each tagged with its timecode, frame number and pixel size, ready to re-export or share any time - Bulk export: select many frames at once and send them all to Photos or out through the share sheet in one tap PERFECT FOR - Sports parents and coaches freezing the swing, the landing, the finish line - Creators pulling thumbnails and stills out of footage they already shot - Dancers, climbers and lifters checking form frame by frame - Anyone rescuing the one face, pose or reaction that only exists inside a video WHY NOT JUST SCREENSHOT THE VIDEO? A screenshot captures your display, not your footage: it is capped at screen resolution, softened by playback scaling, and usually lands a frame or two off because you cannot pause precisely enough. Frame extraction pulls the original pixels at the exact time you asked for, so a 4K clip gives you a 4K photo instead of a phone-sized crop. PRIVACY Everything happens on your device. Videos are read locally, frames are rendered locally, and nothing is uploaded — no account, no sign-in, no ads, no tracking and no network use at all. Photo library access is used only to import the clip you choose and to save the frames you export. FULL ACCESS The free plan grabs up to 5 frames per session and adds a watermark to exports. Full access removes the watermark and unlocks unlimited grabs, batch and interval extraction, and full-resolution PNG or JPEG output. It comes as a weekly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase — all three unlock exactly the same features, so pick whichever suits you. Import your first clip and grab the frame you have been trying to screenshot for weeks.
