Subscription does not work
I purchased an annual subscription that is active until February 2027, but the app does not recognize it. It says I have no subscription, and when I try to restore the purchase, it shows “Nothing to restore”.
I paid for full access, but I still cannot use the paid features. This is very frustrating and unacceptable. Please fix the subscription restore issue or provide a refund.
