Aside from the fact that the only way these faces work is if you are in the app itself (meaning that if you use any other app on the watch, you have to return to the Frameify app in order to see your watch face) it took me several minutes to figure out how to cancel it.

Do not do it…. The frames do not stay on your watch as Apple does not allow 3rd party software. Canceling the subscription is looking impossible
FRAUD
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They have used my bank card WITHOUT my prior knowledge or consent and charged me £29.99. There is no login or account to cancel this myself, and the privacy policy is inadequate. Now having to go through the bank to claim my money back and prevent any further charges. Also to note, you have to pay £3.99 to download the app, there is no create an account feature, so as soon as you pay via Apple Pay, they’ve got your details. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Do not believe the responses they give about clear sign up details, as they are also lairs.

Zero Stars. Shady Billing and Not User Friendly
I wish I read the reviews before I made the purchase. I was never able to actually login because they requested so much information that it was impossible. I thought I cancelled the membership and they still charged me. When I noticed it on my statement, it was very odd looking and difficult to figure out. I reached out to the company asking for a refund, and there were lots of conditions in order to receive that. Live and learn as they say.

TOTAL SCAM!!!!
Beware, this app continues to charge my credit card $29.99 USD for months despite me cancelling the app after realizing it doesn’t even work!!! It charges your Apple credit card without sending any receipts and doesn’t show up in your subscriptions. This is complete fraud. Apple should be ashamed to provide this app.

FRAUD-HIDDEN FEES
Don’t purchase: I saw this on Facebook. When it said it was $6.99 I wasn’t going to buy. Then they came up with a”discount” price of $3.99. So I bought it. The product doesn’t work. Then they charged me $29.99. I disputed the charges with my bank. They attempted 4 times to take $29.99 out of my account, then tried a &14.99 charge which was declined. Trying a bit too hard to get money!!!

Why health and location access is being asked?
The app is for watch wallpaper and is asking for health and location access. Is this app really safe? I deleted it right away, not sure what all I have lost apart from the $7 I paid!!! I am worried!!

This is a huge scam. The app doesn’t work and there are hidden charges. I just got charged an additional $29.99. Sheesh what a hassle! Be forewarned!

I second that to be careful cause there are hidden fees in this app and I just got scammed for over 200. Not knowing they take a monthly payment off of your credit card every month so pay attention to your credit card statements!!

I thought I was purchasing a $3.99 Rolex green face. I couldn’t get that one after I paid for it and I could never get one downloaded on my watch. Since they’ve been charging me $29.99 per month. And you have to reach out to them to cancel it.
Absolute SCAM. Do Not Download!!
Just to repeat what another reviewer has said, this company starts charging you £29.99 per month and they do this outside the Apple Pay ecosystem so you cannot simply cancel your subscription. You need to contact your bank, cancel your card and dispute the transactions.
This company takes payments outside the ApplePay system, so they should not be allowed to operate on the App Store.

It’s a scam, don’t bother!
Scam - do not purchase
They will lock you in on a subscription renewal cycle which is deliberately obscured from Apple. Have had to report them to my bank. Avoid at all costs.
