Frustrating
On so many of the frames they start the process of uploading and then it stops. You then come out of the app to try again and it’s the same outcome.

Ich fand die App bisher wirklich gut. Umso enttäuschender ist es, dass inzwischen scheinbar fast alle Mockups nur noch mit der Pro-Version verfügbar sind. Gerade als Künstlerin nutze ich die App regelmäßig, aber nicht jeder kann sich ein Abo leisten. Es wäre schön, wenn es weiterhin eine Auswahl an kostenlosen Mockups gäbe. So macht die App für viele Kreative leider deutlich weniger Sinn.

There’s so many ways this app could be used and probably is. I like to see the paintings that I’ve done framed. It gives me a
better idea if they can hold their own. It gives you almost unlimited possibilities. It can help your customer look at framing options even if they plan to take the painting to their own framer.

Excellent, par contre il manque impérativement des mockups avec les tableaux sur le sol et inclinés contre un mur et avec une ombre qui collle (d’ailleurs les ombres sont mauvaises au global). Et puis dommage pour l’icône du springboard vraiment affreuse !

I’m very impressed so far. I’ve been exploring the free features, and hands down they beat other apps I’ve tried. The app is easy to use and has a lot more included than I expected from a free version. I’m excited to keep exploring and see where it takes me. I may even end up joining the Pro version.

No Customer Service
I paid for Pro+ which includes using their program on my PC. HOWEVER, when I tried to use it on my PC, it showed I only had the “free” version. Sent many emails to customer service with proof attached & all they’ve done is send me responses asking the same question “How can we help you?” These were sent via my email & through their chat. I’ll have no choice but to cancel my membership payment on Monday for their failure to provide what they advertised. Could be a scam site.

I purchased a one year subscription and I have tried to use some frames and it’s asking for another year subscription!! They make you believe you get access to everything and limit you to small use and lower quality, then they want to take more of your money! This is not okay!
