Such a great app! I’ve been using it since 2012 for various purposes, and it has never let me down. I love that it offers so many layouts for grid collages, and it’s incredibly straightforward to use.

Long time user & I can’t reload purchases.
I downloaded this app years ago & I’ve loved it for just as long. Even purchased the extra filters, effects & stickers but now I’m locked out from restoring my purchases which is so frustrating. I’d rather not have to find another app but it’s looking that way.

Paid for app several years ago. Restored purchase doesn’t work. They want $99 to unlock what I already unlocked several years ago. Sent receipt. I will update if they make it right.
Longtime user disappointed by changes
I’ve been using FrameMagic for many years and always loved it. But now the app won’t update or download anymore, and when I search for it, I’m asked to pay a high price. That’s really frustrating for loyal users like me who supported this app from the beginning.
I wouldn’t mind paying a fair price, but the current cost feels too much especially when there are plenty of other photo editing apps out there. I really hope the developers consider offering a better option for longtime users.

I’ve been using this app since 2014 for my small business and had paid to unlock all of the layouts. When I updated to iOS 18, the app wouldn’t work, so I deleted it and redownloaded it, restored my in-app purchases and now some of the features I always use won’t work unless I pay $99. Pass. I can just use the Pages app for free.

Redownloaded! Used to be great!
I got my phone wet and had to replace the app. When I did all the features I used to enjoy were gone and after every click it says “free trial or upgrade”. Every single click. If you decline it should gray out the features that aren’t included. Instead it lets you create a slideshow and when you try to play it then it again tells you to upgrade or do the trial!

False advertising - “free trial”
Do not click “Free Trial” unless you intend to pay for a subscription. You will be billed immediately and Apple will deny you a refund even if you dispute it within the hour. THIEVES!
Paid for lifetime access, still asking for more $$
I’ve been an avid user of this app for several years, but it seems that they don’t value their loyal users anymore… especially in a time where an app like Canva can do much more for free. 👀 seriously? I’ve paid for lifetime access a long time ago, but it seems as though they forgot about it in their system. Every time I try to restore my purchase, the link doesn’t even work. It feels like I’ve been ripped off. I won’t be using this app anymore. Honestly if you’re reading, you’re better off with apps like SCRL or Canva. At least their subscriptions are reasonable. This app was once great but it’s now a total rip off.

I liked the old version of FrameMagic. Free to use and very simple and easy UI.

Using this app since 2013. I’ve been buying all paid features. Now all the features are locked again and you ask for subscription. Is this a way of treating loyal customers? Plus the price is insane and is comparable with adobe subscription…

Worth every penny for one time
I’d been looking for a one time app fee in the collage area and decided to go with FrameMagic. Didn’t use it for a couple months and then decided to see if it could do a project in mind (Circle frame with circle photo inserts). Super robust, easy to navigate, lot of custom choices and I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Highly recommend.

SCAM! They charge you when you delete the app!
These crooks charged me
$43 for deleting their app! And now Apple is giving me the runaround, I am on hold with a sixth representative over two hours to just get it refunded. Stay away from this scam and maybe it’s time to rethink using Apple altogether at this point. If I can’t get my money, I will call the police and file a report against the developer.

Extremely disappointed to see you charging for basic use…
This was my ‘go to’ photo app for years. Purchasing the app just to place text on a photo is out of the question. Wrong move developers…. Deleting the app from my phone since you don’t even get basic functions…. Sad to do this. Hope you will revisit your policy.

Sadly this app has died!
I have used this app for ages & recommended it to many of my photographic friends. Unfortunately it now has a glitch where is absolutely no grid …. Just a big black square …. So I can’t use it & have resorted to another app. Such a shame. I have restarted my device & deleted & uploaded the app again from the App Store & it makes absolutely no difference. All I get is a black screen

I used to go with this app sooo many times when everything was, but now even tho it’s a free app, you can’t even use any of the options in the app, you’d have to pay either a monthly $3/annual $20 subscription or a lifetime access for $40! Ridiculous! This was one of the best collage apps I’ve found and used, totally useless now 😔
