Pathetic App
Always shows error and most practical features not available like fee receipts. Navigation is poor and unclear. No option for feedback and suggestions. Only favouring schools, may be, to force it on students’ parents.

App not working on ios 26.4 beta 2 and still not working on beta 3 now
White blank screen on ios
Please fix its not working on iphone 16 pro. Installed again but not working. Only white screen.
No customer service
Very poor application. No customer services in case any issues. No option to confirm the status of fee payment. Neither have customer care number nor having facility of email to resolve the issues.
School management
This school had a great reputation, but it is gradually declining due to the quality of studies. Also, they notify us of any activities through this app, but only for a very short period, making it difficult for parents to arrange materials. They charged ₹200 for magazines but never provided them to students.

Unable to get documents
Notices can be downloaded/printed, there is a share option on top right corner on Notices but no such option in assignments or messages.
Most pdf documents; assignments, model papers, solved papers etc are limited to read only, can’t share them with other apps for printout or reading on tab etc.
Tap on download and a pop up appears, showing location or path to downloaded document but no option to share.
This is very bad. What is the use of the availability of those documents on app if a parent can’t printout or share them digitally with his/her child…

One of the worst app forced by school on parents to deal with every time for fees payment we are getting lot of trouble.
Application doesn’t work
I have been facing issues with school application for a month now. I have to submit fees and I usually remain out of station most of the times. This causing serious issues and school admin charging late fees.

My child Navya is studying in this school education system is very good but the infrastructure is very bad and it’s very difficult for her to sacrifice in summer during her birthday all the staff took so many chocolates and she wore a normal sleeveless dress and the scold her very bad i felt very bad about that so study is good but infrastructure and teachers and all should be more improved

Best Application to submit fees
I am paying the fees of my sister through e-Care app and its a hassle free process.
Needs lots of improvements
This app needs lots of improvement. Not able to differentiate between read & unread messages is a headache. Even after going through all the messages multiple times it still shows you have new messages. At least we should be able to differentiate between read & unread messages, if not having an option of mark as all read. Is that hard to incorporate simple things in this app.
