Took my money but never deliver it
They took my money and never delivered my food!
9 days ago, I placed a delivery order through this store's app. I waited, and it was already 20 minutes past the estimated delivery time. I called the store to ask if anyone was delivering my order, and they said they didn't know and told me to come pick it up myself. But I had already paid for delivery, and I couldn't drive to the store. Then they said they would cancel the order -- and by that time, it was already after 9:30 p.m. I had nothing to eat that night.
A week later, I checked my bank account and saw that they charged me but never refunded the money. I called the store -- the first time, they said they didn't know and would call me back (they never did). The second time, the employee said the manager wasn't there. The third time, I finally spoke with the manager, and he said he would "call the app company to check." I waited two more days -- no one called me. I called again, and another employee said the manager wasn't in.
Today, I called five times -- no one picked up. They took my money and never gave me my food. This is completely unacceptable!

I called them many times today. The last time, a lady answered the phone. She kept telling me that the manager wasn't there. But the first time I called, he was there until they closed. I told her that they took my money and didn't give it back, and she hung up on me.

Best (and only) restaurant for korean corn dogs
This place is a bit pricey for me but the app and food makes it worth it. The mozzarella sticks are always hot and crispy and the chicken burgers are also crispy and hot. Would recommend for anyone wanting Korean corn dogs
