App stability
The app recently is terrible. One minute you can close it to use the calculator on your phone and it doesn’t log you out the next time it logs you out. Log in information is on my phone when I use my phones passcode to auto enter my log in information the app sometimes blanks out, same with entering my security question answer. The app is not stable if you ask me.

Terrible App
True recent updates to this app have rendered it unusable. I have not been able to log into my account for a few months. I spoke with a bank representative; they could not help. I have deleted and re-uploaded the app to troubleshoot. This is very inconvenient. I cannot even warrant giving this app 1 star due to the terrible quality.

Super Convenient
Love the app. Has so many functions and all our banking is easy to access in one place.
Great App
Love the FCU app- can do so much without having to call the call center or walk into a branch when I have questions on my account. Love that I can create new sub accounts and nickname them for things tailored to what I need.
Performance
App is constantly down on my iPhone or I’m having to reload the app to get it to function properly as must as people rely on this application to access there money now a days you’d they would invest more time to create a much for stable application for all users I stress out all week eating the money I shouldn’t be 2x as stressed out tryin to access my money and move it around if I could give zero stars i would please update the app

Awesome App
It has always made my online banking so easy and convenient! FCU is a great financial institution.
Don’t join
Charged $10 membership fee, no other credit union I am a member charged a fee but hubby wanted a local bank, so we paid fee. Then issue with getting debit cards, took two months. I was unwilling to move funds until I had access to account. Was encourages the use of their online banking then after 3 months charges $4.95 monthly fee. Thought local banking to save money, instead I am being charged fees for services that I don’t use….frustrating experience. Will be closing account and stay with Wildfire CU.

Mobile app issues
All of sudden I cannot access the mobile app. Going on four days. Never have had this happen

Almost completely unuseable
Never had issues with the app until the last update. Ever since then the app has totally SUCKED! It doesn’t login right anymore and takes forever loading things and sometimes completely crashes making it basically unusable. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and several of my other friends with iPhones have issues with their Frankenmuth app as well.
Could use a total update for iPhone users!

Maintenance
Does the app go down for maintenance at 5 a.m.? This is the most inconvenient time to do such a thing. Try doing it at an earlier time when people aren’t waking up and getting ready for their day.
Problems
I’ve never had issues with this app until now. I log in and do what I need to and the app shuts right down before I am finished. This is happening every single time now. I have to log in multiple times just to finish what I wanted to do on the app. I have an iPhone 12.
Needs work
Sick of having to call every time to activate Apple Pay or to simply change my email address on file. This app is light years behind others
UNRELIABLE
i swear the app doesn’t work after midnight. always “undergoing maintenance” but still doesn’t work
Services Always Unavailable
I have 5G full bars and the app won’t let me login into my account. This isn’t the first time it has happened. But it seems more than coincidental that everytime I need to transfer money or to check my account the services aren’t able to login me into my account.
Slow and annoying
This app barely works!!!!! It’s so annoying. I have tried to login multiple times. Many many times. It asks me a security question and when I answer it correctly it just sits there and loads and loads and loads. Nothing doesn’t log in.

New Update
Hate the new update. I keep most of everything in my savings and transfer when I need to. Now I have to schedule a transfer a day in advance? What in the world! Change it back! I should be able to transfer my own money right away when I need it!
New updates are terrible
Before the newest updates, the app worked fine. Now it barely works when I need it to, won’t show account info when I need to see it. It says no info on account available but the amount on accounts screen show fine. Can’t transfer money easily anymore after updates. I had no issues with it before, it was five stars now I just want to give it 1 star because of everything that just won’t work when I need it to

Unupdate the app.
Newest update isn’t good. Can’t even check other accounts that are linked to your main account or transfer money into said linked accounts. Each update removes more and more features for some reason. Just deliete the app and log in online it’s stil the old way and still actually works..at least for now.or just change banks.. yes it’s a bank now they’ve lost all there small town credit union feel and appeal years ago.
