Fantastic chippy, always fresh food and great customer service. Food is always hot when delivered and tastes amazing, not greasy either.
Difficult app to use
Diabolically difficult app to be sure I got right. No idea if I’m getting chips with my fish - they weren’t mentioned in summary - just haddock (single) and no place to explicitly order them!! Consequently took ages- Have to wait and see what arrives.
Excellent Chippy
Have used this app for sometime now, and never had any problems. The food is always hot and delicious. The staff and service is 5*****. Highly recommended
Batter chicken
I always ask for really crispy batter on chicken and I got it yum can’t fault Frankies coleslaw is best too
Bad design and choice of colours
App crashes while completing all the time. Won’t accept Apple Pay even though there is an option and the colour in the text boxes makes it impossible to see the numbers you type

The food is fantastic but the app could do with some work. Very difficult to see navy letters on a dark blue background.

Always get really tasty food no matter what we have ordered. From kebabs and pizzas to fish suppers. Always delivered on time and hot. Definitely recommend for food.

Frankies is amazing

Brilliant app for getting fast and tasty food
Have been using Frankies for ages but the app just makes it so much easier to either get food delivered or to have it ready for pick up. Frankies chipper is in my opinion the best around and the pizzeria is just as brilliant. Never ever disappointed. The food arrives quickly and hot every single time.
