I have ordered from Frankie’s routinely for years. Finally used the app for the first time. The app does not communicate to the location when removing toppings via the check boxes like the browser orders do. When I submitted my order without cheese selected (dairy allergy), the pizza was still made with cheese. The location said they received no indication that it should have been made without cheese. Every browser order has been perfect.

It is a bad version of the website with no added features.
Do not try to use this app on your phone
I know apps are hard to create and maintain. However, I would recommend everybody to just order pizza over the phone.
