**Slow Delivery and Inconsistent Updates – Disappointing Experience**
They should have their own rider or at least book with Grab for faster delivery. Lalamove takes too long to deliver our food due to double bookings. By the time it arrives, our food is dry. We waited for a long time and called to check. first, they said the food was already prepared, but the second time, they claimed they were just preparing it. Lol. The preparation and delivery service always stress me out.
