Buggy
Will just randomly say your password is wrong. They need to actually pay their coders for a decent app instead of outsourcing. It does not give you a good feeling about their services.
Trouble logging in
For the last two days I’ve been trying to access my account through this app and I keep getting the message “unable to validate credentials” and to go online but even when I do that I cannot log in. I know all of my information is correct so something in this app needs to change. It’s infuriating trying to transfer money when your bank app isn’t working like it’s intended to. Had this dumb app for awhile and never had an issue up until recently.

Takes too long for some transactions to go through even if you do it right it the morning. Makes it hard sometimes to see what you have until it’s too late
Account Transfers
Very convenient and extremely simple to use. Transfers from account to account within seconds.
Constantly crashes
I have an iPhone 11 Pro & was able to use this app for one day with no issues since then it keeps crashing & doesn’t work. I try to sign in & it comes up with a pop up saying there’s been an issue & to call a number for further assistance. I had to change my password & finally got in & then went shopping, checked it to find it with the pop up again. Useless app that never works.

Touch ID no longer works as of last update
This app was great until the last update went through. It no longer allows Touch ID even when selected. Once you log out and try using Touch ID it still asks for your log in and password info.
FSB is the best!
Easy online interface that makes transfers a breeze. I love that FSB issues debit cards on site too- no waiting!!
New Phone Issues
Loved this app, until I upgraded from iPhone 8 to the iPhone XS. Not sure what the issue is now, but I cannot even log in with getting a message that says to enter a valid email or password, although I can still log on through Safari just fine, but now I’m not able to use mobile deposit, which is frustrating.

When it's working it's great
I like this app but for some reason it doesn't recognize my password every other month. I've tried deleting the app and re downloading and nothing. I can log online on my computer with no issues. Its so annoying. There's almost no reason to having it because it only works 50% of the time.
Deposit checks on app
They have signs advertising that you can deposit your checks on their FSB app. There is no place for this. Really got my hopes up, as I can't always make it to the banks that easily as I go to college in Durham. They should do this, that was my favorite feature when I had Bank of American while I was in Florida..
