I started my order on the website, loaded the app to finish the order. NothinG carried over. The app is klunky compared to the website.also seemed significantly slower to get back to shopping after adding item to cart.

On the plus side, I really like their selection and prices.

First order with Franks. Have looked at the before, great selection and prices. Just ordered some ice bibs. Can’t wait to get them, but..

The app would not allow me to ship to my address. It would only allow me to ship to my parents. It came back with an invalid address for my house. Very irritating.
