As an expat, I have been wanting an app like this for so long and am overjoyed to find it finally exists. Thank you, Bjorn! (I hope someday you’ll consider also creating an Apple Watch extension for the app because every time I have to use the native weather app on my watch, I find myself missing Franz Fahrenheit! ❤️)

Fahrenheit + Celsius, simultaneously
This app is exactly what I’m looking for. I’m tired of digging through settings to switch and I want to develop an intuition for both temperature units. Clean UI including air quality. 👍🏻
The only weather app that I’ve used for years.
Living in a country for the past 25 years that uses metric, this app has helped me adjust from Imperial/US Standard. It has been very freeing. Although I tend to experience the world in metric now, it remains useful and is an essential part of my core iOS app arsenal.

Franz delivers spotless weather tracking. Fahrenheit and Celsius displayed together saves time, and that fifteen-day outlook? Perfect for trips or errands. Clean layout, fast radar, smart alerts without nagging. Doesn’t hog battery either. Five solid stars.
Widgets no longer free
Was enjoying this app because it was hard to find a decent one that showed both Fahrenheit and Celsius at the same time. But now the widget is only available if you pay for it and it’s unusually pricey. Guess I’m uninstalling it now!

I have been using this app for years and just noticed it isn’t available on Apple Watch. The Franz widget lives on my MacOS desktop but I’d also love to see it on my wrist.
Great App, small quirks
This is a great app that lets you view temperatures in both Celsius and Fahrenheit. There are some small minor bugs here and there, but the developer is very responsive and does their best to resolve any issues.

Exactly what I was looking for! Just wish the design was a little more similar to the default Weather app which is more readable with higher contrast.

This is a great app that works every time. I just can believe the complains here because it was free and now dev is charging money. Why do people think devs should work for free for an app complainers use daily?

F & C temps side by side
This is perhaps the only app that allows simultaneously looking at Fahrenheit and Celsius temperatures!
Took away free features
Props to the dev for covering costs out of pocket for so long, but still a bit frustrating. Otherwise a great app.
Disappointed
The one thing I like about this app is that HOU Celsius, and Fahrenheit on one page. However, without paying for it, it doesn’t appear to show more than one city at once, doesn’t show your map, and is very dull in appearance. Only know I’m not going to pay for something if I can’t see what it does, especially when I can get free weather from other sources.

I love this app, great for keeping up to date with weather in both Celsius and Fahrenheit and overall great app to have installed and is a cheap monthly or yearly subscription which is also convenient 🙂. Highly recommend everyone and the creator!

Exactly what I wanted
Further updating review. The developer communicates very well when they are issues. I was mistaken due to an email change regarding no communication but instead found two emails regarding my issue including an acknowledgment of the issue and explanation and then a follow up with the anticipated next steps and an invitation to help beta test. I have given the app its proper 5 star review and am excited with what else can be brought to further improve the app. Thank you!
