Rip off merchants
It’s frustrating trying to work out what’s going on, and after a certain amount of time you can’t go back and see your purchases or how mistakes have been made. Nothing is clear or transparent — it’s awkward and stressful. The company should be ashamed of themselves; it’s clearly designed this way on purpose to take advantage of people who need to buy things on credit. These are the people it’s taking advantage of most.
I only took out an account with Frasers because it allows you to return items directly to store. Late/missed payment charges are excessive, and customer service is unhelpful when you try to sort things out — again, it feels like it’s set up this way on purpose to squeeze extra money out of people. I haven’t come across another app that operates like this. Avoid if you can.

Misleading and complicated
This app doesn’t make it clear what you have paid and what you have left to pay. I think my balance is cleared but the app doesn’t confirm this- it’s confusing and misleading. When I contacted them I got a robot that just kept repeating irrelevant information. Absolutely hopeless.
Disappointing
The app is not easily set out to find the thing you need also when showing what needs to be paid should show arrears and monthly payment combined not just arrears!

Difficult to navigate App obscuring anything owed and charging high interest. Don’t be tempted to join up to Fraser Plus!
Horrible customer experience
Got refund for something from last year and they decided to put it for instalment plan I have, wtf? Why not give me my money? Also they put it for next month payment … not this month. Been contacting customer service for a week and no one ever comes back

Appalling app - AVOID
Another terrible app from a company in this group. Impossible to find key information, such as interest free periods, payment dates etc. Impossible to change (or even find) “payment plans”, despite receiving a notification saying this can be done on the app. Similar issues with Marks Electrical, part of the same group, where basic information is simply not available.

Payment Plan Nightmare
This app is absolutely appalling. I’ve paid the balance after changing my payment plan from 39.9% APR to interest free and now it keeps telling me there is more interest to pay. I’m reporting the matter to the FCA. It’s financial trickery and I’m wondering how many people have been conned into paying interest.

I purchased goods for £100 and despite paying in full and have confirmation from my bank, the statements provided are not showing payments and they are adding late payment charges.
They ( specialist support team) do not answer the phone. This is going to be a pain and inconvenience to sort out!

Shady
This app is shady in its policies. It will try to reorganise your payment plan automatically to increase the number of instalments and interest. I’ve worked in the lending industry and I can tell they have dark design patterns to make users pay more + their fees are insane high. Use a different option for buy now pay later

One of the worst ever
I see it has many mixed reviews. For me it is a negative experience. Firstly i find the app very uninspiring. And not particularly intuitive. I made a number of purchases and a number of returns. Based on the limited account information and even more confusing billing information. I have no clue as to the value of the goods I have purchased, the value of payments made and the value of my outstanding balance. The statements make no sense and the values they give conflict with each other. I’m afraid if I want to use Frasers I will be heading into their stores from now on.

Do not use this app
There is no customer service, they are charging me for items I haven’t purchased, you can close your account, there is no customer service to help you, nothing in place to freeze your account or to help you close your account. I will report them to the FCA. Stay away do not use this app! If you can’t afford it, go with out.
