Don’t use this credit card.. no clear information. Even if you pay full amount within the first billing. They are charging for 3 years credit. .. useless

Terrible steer clear
I set my first purchase as pay in 3 , tried to pay first instalment via the app, approved through banking app, message on Fraser all stating processing payment, then nothing tried again same happened. As I had 10+ days before payment was due I set up a direct debit, this then didn’t take enough money, I have now been charged for a late payment. Disgusting I will not use again once I have paid off what is owed

You need to sort out the payment side of it, it’s terrible. Just have it laid out simple cos I’ve paid two payments yet the app says one.

App only works outside the stores preventing its use for purchases maybe and issue with mobile range inside the stores but any way no luck so far with trying to use it

There is a bug on it - app doesn’t work - sticks on choosing payment plans screen message which is impossible to clear not allowing you to view account.

Rubbish and I will never buy from this app ever studio you need to get rid of these bloody lot. They’re ripping people off big time. I think if anyone else is having the same sort of problem, you need to take it up with the police because you don’t get nowhere with the payment system and you don’t get nowhere trying to sort out where your orders are. Just take it up with the police they are rip off company and ripping people off big time and you have to pay for goods that you don’t even get.

Must remember to keep an eye on the payment plans and make sure the right one is set up and it's easy to check/change; otherwise works for me.
Waste app
Please don’t order using this app if you choose 3 months intrest free plan but after 2 days they are automatically changed 24 plan or 36 months with full of intrest and you trying to call customer care waiting 2 hours
I was scammed worst company ever.
They overcharged me by £61.36 and gave not one response. Shocking response times and just straight up ignored wow. Also refused to pay me a refund. Completely shocking app. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
