Highly recommended
This is an excellent resource which I would highly recommend to anyone who, like me, is at the start of a journey towards understanding a child’s autism diagnosis and trying to figure out what it means and how to support them. It’s really clearly designed and easy to read and best of all, it’s friendly, encouraging and positive - it presents a lot of the characteristics of autism in a neutral and balanced way, showing what can be encouraged and embraced rather than seen as a problem to fix. This is really valuable, and it’s clear that the materials are written by people with direct experience of what they’re talking about.
