Only for inventory??
This is the worst app, I manage my own dealer site and I don’t need a stupid subscription to have this on my phone. I don’t have access to prospects can update details of clients. Useless app!
Services and cost
If you all add this even if it’s not cross platform yet it would be awesome, just being able to see all the cost and services on my phone would make things so much easier
Can’t update cost
If we could update costs of the vehicles on our phones as soon as a service is done to the unit that would make frazer irreplaceable
Functionality
Overall the Sidekick is okay. Obviously we get to see inventory, cost and pricing.
•What would really bring new life to this app is ability to edit costs. If we could add cost and recon through the app that would be a game changer.
•The next game changer would be the ability to look up customers.

Always welcoming of feedback
As a long-term user, I want to commend Frazer along with its representatives in just the last week. Like others I do not welcome change when something is “working”. Change though, is sometimes required by Frazer when Apple updates their operating systems. That sometimes will force changes that we’re not necessarily desiring. Just in the last seven days each of my requests have been responded to in a timely fashion.

Why the Update????
The app was perfect, then y’all go and ruin it with this terrible update. Now anybody can see costs and the platform looks terrible and jammed up all together. The way it was before was just right.
New update
So you did an update. Why? Now I can’t see price on the main screen. The vins of vehicles are not completely shown now …. Price on the screen was great because I could scroll to the 10 to 15k cars and not have to hit everyone to see the price. Wasting time now having to hit the pic to open the vehicle then hit the price tab to see price. Everything was easier with just the way it was. Swiping was great. Also now can’t zoom pictures. Come on guys did you ask anyone on the car business about these changes before you did them? Put it back

Great idea, but works 5% of the time
Only some things work and only some of the time. It crashes and freezes constantly.
App is terrible
Other companies with much better technology and now they are overcharging

Worked good but now doesn’t work
When I first downloaded the sidekick app it would great connected to our computers in office and now I can’t get any cars I scan to go from pending on the app to our computer. So at this point it’s not useable for our company which is a huge bummer.
Photos fail to upload
Most times it fails uploading pictures and adding inventory. Once I add a vehicle it will say pending, when I close the app and open it up, the vehicle I add is no longer there...

Doesn’t work it won’t change or upload to the main database . It could have been good but just useless at the moment
Does not update. Has the same inventory since I downloaded it.
Ever since I downloaded sidekick it’s had the same inventory since I’ve downloaded the app. It hasn’t updated or taken cars off - it’s just been the same. It’s had great potential but Frazer dropped the ball. I have cars on the app from 2018. You really can’t do anything - change pictures, change prices/costs.

Mobile Cost Editing
We need to be able to edit our costs on the app. Other than that, it is very very useful.
Great only when it actually works.

Keep at it
This app is a game changer but it needs to work! It’s been inoperable for the past month. I can’t see an updated list of my inventory. Get it working properly and add a costs feature so we can add what we spend on the cars on the go! Keep at it and Frazer will remain #1
App won’t upload vehicles consistently
I’ve spent several hours with frazer hep without a solution. I worked great at one time

Constantly releases broken versions for a sub par app would love if the company cared enough to thoroughly vet their app before posting
