Fredon

Got a melody in your head but no idea what to play? Sing it, whistle it or hum it: Fredon shows you the chord that goes with it, and exactly where to put your fingers. SING, AND FREDON ANSWERS Sing or whistle a note: Fredon picks it up in real time, suggests the chords that fit, and shows their fingering on your instrument. Tap a chord to hear it, add it to your chord chart, and build your song one note at a time. STRUM, AND FREDON CHECKS Strum a chord: Fredon recognizes it and shows it with its fingering. Working on one chord in particular? Fredon tells you whether you've nailed it, which note is missing, and on which strings. HUM A WHOLE TUNE Record a melody: Fredon pulls out the notes, finds the key and hands you a chord chart ready to play, plus sheet music you can share. TUNE UP, NO GUESSWORK The tuner shows your instrument's headstock: the string you're playing lights up, and Fredon tells you whether to tighten or loosen it. EVERY CHORD The chord library gathers every fingering of every chord on your instrument, from the easiest to the hardest. Keep your go-to chords in your favorites. MADE FOR YOUR INSTRUMENT Guitar (standard, drop D, DADGAD, open G, open D), ukulele, bass, mandolin, banjo and piano. Left-handed mode, and note names in letters (C D E) or do re mi. YOUR VOICE STAYS WITH YOU Everything is analyzed right on your iPhone or iPad. No recording ever leaves your device, and Fredon works offline.
