Doesn't work
Standing in line for a Halloween horror night haunted house October 12th 2015. App doesn't work and gives internet connection error message. All my other apps function without problem. Worst app ever.

Free only gives you the park name. No wait time or menus unless you buy an upgrade for each.
Confused App
I tried updating wait times, but the App kept telling me I could not as I was not close enough to Universal Orlando. I guess standing right by the attraction was not close enough. And yes, location was enabled for the App.
Times were usually off. Men In Black was posted as 35 minutes when actual time was 15. GIGO. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Not Awesome
More often than not, the wait times are inaccurate (like it will say closed when its not or a 30 minute wait when it's really 2+ hours). Update feature doesn't work either. Also, it doesn't give a specific time past 120 minutes which seems silly to me.

Not useable in the park
Great app at home and in the hotel so I paid for the upgrade. However completely useless at Islands of Adventure. There is no data coverage any where in the park (for AT&T or Sprint) so the app does not work once you are there unless you go to one of the few places you can buy wifi access. It is to expensive and cumbersome to use. Do not buy this app.

Not only Spot on with ride times, but we also got our tickets at a discount with the ticket button. On our family's ticket package to disney world and arabian nights we saved over 120$ with this great app alone!!!! GREAT DEAL!! Must get for orlando trip!!really cool

Doesn't work at all
I wish I could give this app 0 stars. At home it was always empty, just adds for the pay version. Now I'm at Universal and it's still just adds for the upgraded pay version. Why on earth would I want to pay for something with zero content? Save memory space & time, don't get this app!
