it's a great app for counting words ... BUT if you attemt , in ios 13, to send those words thru email the app freezes. It needs to be updated or, I think, withdrawn.

I used to love this app and even upgraded to the premium version. But it barely functions with IOS 13. Very disappointed!!

Undo button, please
This would be far more useful if it had an undo button. Twice I have been writing pieces and lost several hundred words because it became locked when the text was highlighted. A simple option to undo the last move would resolve this problem.
It also can’t recognise URLs properly and adds numerous words to the count when it should just be one.

Useful, to a point
I was really enjoying this and found it helpful for a writing project where exactly 100 words needed to be written in each instalment - however after some weeks I noticed for the first time that the app was counting hyphenated words as two separate words, which doesn't work for me. Finding an alternative app now.

YES!!!!
I am so happy I found this app!!! It's exactly what I wanted & needed. I use it everyday. I looked for a word count feature in so many document and note apps and was so disappointed. Thanks 4 this app!!!

Don't waste your time on this, it only offers you a free trial for a month or so and then you have to pay £0.79 (UK price). It is also full of spam and adverts for you to upgrade.

This app does just as it should - it provides an accurate word count (I'm a stickler, I checked). Well done.

In Landscape mode you can't see the text your typing the text is being obscured by the go premium banner ads they want u to upgrade before u have even used the app complete con I think

This app is awesome, it seamlessly counts my words. Oh and by the way this review has 19 words.
Just what I needed
As a 'fan fiction' writer, I like to write using my phone whenever inspiration strikes me, and this app has been perfect for checking the length of my drafts. I paste in my text, make some edits, and always know what the word count is. I even find it enjoyable to do longer writing sessions in it. The font choices, background colors, and landscape typing are a nice touch for us writers :)

Perfect and simple
I was looking for an easy way to track the word count of my blog drafts, and this fit the bill perfectly! Seeing the word count really helps me cut the fat from my writing, and it was a snap to pick up and use. I like the 'estimated time to read' feature too.
I do wish the app would let me write more than one draft at a time though. It only saves the document you are currently working on. Hopefully that will come in a future update.
