Do not subscribe!

I subscribed on their website using the creative account with Apple feature. Now this company takes money out of my checking account every month. When I try to cancel, they say the email address I signed up with is not in their system therefore they cannot cancel.. Beware be very aware.

Will not connect to my bike

I have tried multiple times and tried every suggestion you give but I cannot get my phone to pair to the bike!! Big disappointment!!

Unable to connect

Iโ€™m unable to connect my app to the bike. Iโ€™ve tried all the suggestions and it wonโ€™t connect

Donโ€™t subscribe!

I subscribed to the AI spin bike membership, enjoyed it for a while, then decided to cancel. Guess what? There is no link in the app or on the website to cancel the subscription. I have emailed these folks several times with no response. They are still charging my card every month. Run while you can!

You get 15 mins total time not the 45 days for free as promised.

Wish I could use the bike without the app like other indoor bikes. 100% would not recommend or buy again.
