Switch Companies
Thanx is a terrible platform and always has errors with rewards. I will avoid all of the restaurants that use this platform for this reason. Toast is 100 times better and gives less errors.
False advertisement
I was offered a Mother’s Day BOGO via text but when placing my order on the app I was not given the BOGO. I feel cheated and robbed.
A lot better but still not the best
I really don’t like the design of this app. It swings you form the app to suddenly looking at the browser and stuff. Constantly logs you out. I’m not sure why they went with this design, when most food apps have nice integration all within the app.
You can have a newsletter style tab that’s fluid with the rest of the app, but for some reason the app is split up so that if you click from the ordering tab you’re suddenly logged out or viewing from the browser. Then your orders get deleted all the time if you mistaken click off the menu. I don’t get it why it was designed this way at all.

App sucks
App conveniently wouldn’t load when I was in the store during a BOGO event, and the manager wouldn’t do a work around… I used to manage a chipotle, there are definitely ways to work around that.
Rewards taken away?
After their most recent website update and app update I have none of my points and the points don't get collected automatically anymore...this is really scummy behavior.

I want to order a quesadilla and it’s not an option on the app. If I can buy it in the store put it on the app!!!

Just redeemed 175 points for a free burrito yet still charged for it. No option to use reward it at check out and my points are wiped out down to 4. What gives? I spend at least $50 a week here. Come on, those rewards are hard earned by my weekly spend. Make it right, Freebirds!
