Need a serious update
The app barley works. Playback hasn’t worked for nearly a year. Yeah I know it’s a free app but it should still work!

I have the same problem with getting a verification code. Can’t use the app.

I have filled the information requirements over and over and have switched emails to get the verification code but no matter what email I use. Yahoo - gmail or outlook freeprocam won't send a code

Trying to use this app but verification code is never received during registration. Used 3 different emails and checked all spam folders and code is never received, very frustrating

Had all the cctv set up - new build . The guy that set it up said I’d be able to look at cameras when away . Utter rubbish . He cane back twice yeah all good . No it wasn’t . He contacted you guys - nothing .

Remote playback
Remote playback has stopped working completely. App is absolutely useless, I know have a CCTV system but can’t access it remotely. Did work for around one year but now doesn’t work. No way to contact developers to see if a fix can be made
