怪しい臭いがしてきました
まず、換金してもボーナス報酬が途中から反映されなくなります。 次に、限定報酬をクリアしても反映されません。メイン報酬もかなり前から反映されず止まったままです。 もしかしたら時間がかかるかも？ですが、この調子だと500円近くの報酬は全て反映しないでしょう。 最後に、他の方も換金の事について述べてましたが、私は稼ぎたい金額を低く設定していたので既に換金できる条件を達成していたのですが、こちらの了承を得る事なく勝手に変更されて交換できなくなっています。 最後の換金をさせるつもりがないやり方から、ここは怪しいと考えました。 このレビューが晒されて皆さんの目に留まること願います。 因みに、課金額1000円ちょっと運良く限定報酬をクリアしましたから、他の有名アプリのゲームで頑張ってみようと思ってます。

False advertising
I’ve been playing the games on this app for a few months and I’ve not even got to £20 so I’m a little confused to were this positive reviews are coming from!! I played again with the intent that I was gonna be rewarded what it actually said I would be rewarded when I reached that level only to find when I got to that level I wasn’t rewarded anything when I contacted support they gave me some story about partners which I didn’t understand I clearly showed them a screenshot were it’s showed what I would be rewarded on completion of a certain level in a certain time which is why I went out my way spent my time to complete the task, only to be told that I would receive a lower amount to what it originally said like I said I produced screenshots!!! What was even more frustrating they didn’t even acknowledge the error even when I’m showing them what I was lead to believe! No acknowledgement, no apology, no compensation or a good will gesture. Then to add to the disappointment more they don’t outline that some rewards you have to wait 7days to clear before it it is even added to your funds, I wouldn’t bother with this app honestly it’s just a waste of time there are better apps that use less time and cover everything you need to know so your not taken advantage off!!

FINALLY something of value !
So like everything else on the Internet, I had my doubts. I like to play games from time to time and don’t mind getting a coin or two but not at the mind numbing expense of watching the same ad over and over and over again !! The games here (at least those I have encountered) aren’t flooded with ads ! Some games you can pay the little amount for no ads and that’s fine. The rewards are from YOUR efforts!! Either playing games with some consistency or your progress in the game! Now, you can cash out at rounded out figures ($5,$10,$20 etc) ok , I can deal with that. When I first went to make a withdraw I noticed that $”x” amount was “pending”. First thought “uh oh ….. here it comes”. I further looked and it said it would be available in seven days from when I got the reward. Ok , slightly cautious but I’ll give it a fair shake. Today was the last day and the pending amount was now available for withdraw. Went to withdraw , followed the instructions …. Money in my account within the hour. Nice way to get a little pocket change :)

途中までは真っ当に報酬が支払われていましたが、途中からクリアしても報酬が払われない。※詳しく言うと、ロイヤルキングダムの1400レベルをクリアしたのに報酬が支払われなかった。1200円くらいの報酬だったかな？
そういう時は「サポートチケット」というものを使って、ゲーム会社へ不具合を報告することができるのですが、却下されました。
却下されるとどれだけ足掻いてもその結果は覆らないそうです。
現在1700レベルもクリアしましたが、その報酬も支払われず。理由をチャットで問い合わせてもボットの回答なので意味が無いですし、他の方のご意見を読んでも、ボットが言ってる通りに対応したところで開発者には却下されるので意味無し。
私はロイヤルキングダムというゲームが楽しくてやってたので、報酬はまぁいいか…とも思いましたが、お金が絡む以上開発者やサポートの方々はしっかり説明をして欲しかったなと思います。

Do not payout high value rewards, beware!
I’ve used Freecash without any major issues until now, which is why this situation is so disappointing and concerning.
I completed the required milestones for the same game/offer, within the stated timeframe, and I have timestamped evidence to prove this. What makes the situation particularly difficult to accept is that the small-value payouts for this exact same offer have tracked and been credited without any problem, while the higher-value payouts have repeatedly failed to track and have not been awarded.
That makes it very hard to accept a generic response from my ticket claim saying that “partner data is the deciding factor”. If the smaller milestones for the same game are tracking correctly, then my account and the offer are clearly linked and tracking is functioning to some extent. The fact that the problems seem to occur when the rewards become more valuable deserves a proper manual investigation, not repeated automated scripted responses.
I have provided evidence and tried to resolve this through support, but I keep receiving essentially the same response without anyone properly addressing why the low-value milestones are being credited while the higher-value milestones from the same offer are not.
This is the first serious issue I have had with Freecash, and I genuinely hope they investigate it properly and they find the right resolution. The missing rewards are correctly reviewed and the matter is resolved, I hope I can update this review to reflect this.

It actually works, not tons of money. But I don’t play often. It’s legit.
Don’t keep too much money in your account
The AI has taken over this app and suspends and kicks people off without warning or reason these days. I’ve been using the app and making decent money for over a year now but making sure to withdraw immediately all at once. Recently I earned a large amount and needed to take it out in 3 withdrawals. Immediately after doing so my account was suspended and withdrawals cancelled. The AI in the app won’t tell me why I’m suspended nor will it let me speak to a real agent. Take a look at the Reddit page for this app and you can see many more people are encountering this problem daily and have no idea why because Freecash will not tell them. You guys owe me almost $200 and refuse to even explain why you won’t pay it out. There are better apps out there with real customer service. Don’t let this app steal your hard earned money, you can play these same games and earn money on other apps

Kinda scammy
The app itself is pretty fun and gives options of great games to play that are actually enjoyable. Only thing is, the app seems to be wired to move the goal post every time you get close to it. Since I downloaded, my app would tell me I can cash out at $20/$25. I reached $22 dollars, but now the app says I definitely have to reach $25, and now the option to cash out at $25 has completely disappeared. My next option to cash out is $30 dollars which I’m a bit weary to reach because I have a feeling my app options will change again to cash out at an even higher amount. Idk, feels a bit scammy and not exactly what the app advertised.

This app holds true to its word. Like all the other apps I had doubts but Freecash delivers. I’ve been able to withdraw over 120$ in 2 weeks for just playing games and watching short ads. So if you’re looking for an app that actually works, this is it.
Bait and switch
Freecash genuinely pays money for you to complete tasks on their offer wall however, often they will sit rewards at much higher than they are willing to pay out for instance, on their Burning rewards they recently set a $178 reward for the game Warhammer tactical to complete 200 PVP battles within 20 days later they added a decay timer and within five days of starting the offer it was already down to $101 with an ongoing timer showing that it would go further down still in the future this is a classic bait and switch. Be careful often. It’s not worth the time investment. And some of the rewards are even unrealistic if you pay.

Overall it works pretty well, but customer support is lacking. I had an offer that I completed, even provided evidence of completion, and couldn’t get in touch with an agent, just kept getting the runaround from a bot. Even tried emailing support just to get the same bot telling me the same thing as in the chat. When the app works, it’s great, but when it doesn’t, it’s a poor experience
UPDATE: heard back from a human agent. He was kind and informative, so I will update the review to 4 stars, but the fact that there is no easy way to reach a human that to help clarify issues keeps this from a 5 star rating
