Didn’t work
Here we go again. I did everything right. I verified my email and tried to sign in. Of course it says wrong username. It just gave me my email. So like everyone else. I need help and you have to deal with their problems. Not our own. Why in the world do they do this. So. I have a download that I cannot open because there is no one to fix it. Customer service is nonexistent nowadays fed up with it.

Nothing here that you want to see
Hundred of niche channels you’ve never heard of. The list of channels makes it look as though you can see major league baseball games, but all you get are betting sites for them. This is free, and you get what you pay for.

The sign in process with Apple TV is so bad. I have decided to cancel my subscription.

One single episode of one old show was available. Another has 5 seasons! Awesome and I have never paid a penny.

Worst Service ever
I have the value package to watch reelz and it usually take me 15min to get freecast to work properly. Just says Loading. I’ve deleted it and redownload it 100 times. This service SUCKS
Just not working
I pay for this to access a channel that I like to watch. It is difficult to find channels to watch because they are not in any type of order and I am a person who is blind and this app is not accessible for someone like me. I am using an iPhone with the latest update version and the channel list is not in any particular order and that makes it difficult for me to scroll and find what I'm looking for. It would be easier if the app would allow someone to search for the name or the number of the channel in the search field.

Slow & Glitchy
Gave FreeCast a try on iPhone and AppleTV. They both are really slow in navigating and most of the streams were glitchy and crashed.

Great app
The app is awesome and the value channels service is great too. I do have a concern about payment options as it is only a card option. For someone like me PayPal should be included in the options because it is more convenient and secure than using a card. Especially these days. Keep up the good work with the app. I even have the ability to use the app on Roku now that your app is available on Roku.

Lots of improvements have been made
The app has been a bit glitchy in the past, but recent updates have brought it a long way.
I’ve started using FreeCast to help me manage my subscriptions and save money, as well as find new shows and movies to watch.
What I love about the app is that it’s free and I don’t need to subscribe to anything to watch some of the channels.

You have developed an app for an Apple device that won’t run in Safari very well? I don’t understand, please write the app for the platform you wish to be on.

After using the updated version of this app, I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it is to find what your looking for. There’s channels on here for everyone!
App is glitchy
The app is EXTREMELY glitchy! I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app on my tv several times for it to work. I’ve had my recorded shows disappear on me when I know that I’ve recorded them and wanted to watch them later. I’ve also clicked on the app to watch a show and it tells me that I have to buy the Value Channels package to watch that particular channel when I had already bought the package months earlier. When the app does work, the shows and channels are good to watch, but when the app is acting up, it gets very frustrating to try to get everything working so you can watch your channels and shows.
UPDATE: Still glitchy. I now have about 4 episodes of OP:LIVE that I thought that I had recorded and they are on my “list” that says “recording” when the program is over (like WAAAY over; like 8 hours over) and now I can’t watch them because they didn’t get recorded. And I also can’t erase the “recording” shows that are listed because there is no erase/delete button like there is when you finish watching a recorded program. FreeCast, you better step up on improving/updating the app and getting rid of the glitches and problems with recording shows. It is getting frustrating and annoying not being able to watch your recorded shows (or shows that you *THOUGHT* that you had recorded!).
