Hurry up ๐โ๏ธ๐ฅ
I agree with everyone when I say this that you need to make the backend faster. Like yโall workin on this forever. Sad ๐ฅ
Best Platform Ever!
If i had to choose between spending $15k on a coding bootcamp or signing up for freecodecamp and learn everything in a much better way Iโd choose freecodecamp every single time.
Highly recommended!
Donโt get me wrong thereโs a lot of stuff to cover but this one is worth it
Itโs better than
Codecademy
UCLA Extension
W3schools
And a lot of other softwares
They have everything you need to succeed
Donโt think twice - freecodecamp is where itโs at! โจโจโจโจ

too buggy
some long links and strings of text are just impossible to copy, forcing you to repeatedly open and close the menu to type them manually
will occasionally just not detect your code when you try to check, only fixing after restarting the app. even after restarting, some parts straight up did not work untill I moved to the website to complete them
the website might be more annoying to use but atleast itโs actually functional and has all the courses

Like freeCodeCamp, not their app
Iโm working through the python course, and the terminal does not actually show the output of the code when I run it. The app still verifies the code is correct and allows me to proceed, but I think it would be much better if I could see the actual output of the code in the terminal as I go. Iโll just use the desktop website until this error is resolved.

Good app
It is very cool and 100% helps but either it is very hard to find or it doesnโt have a playground for coding
The most amazing app for older adult learners!
As an older adult learning coding from the ground up this app definitely is helping me to understand the basics in an easy to understand format while providing an editor to see my work as I learn. Kudos to the FreeCodeCamp team for creating an app and complete program designed for those of us who learn by hands-on training and chunking. I truly enjoy the labs and workshops portion that brings the it all together.

Definitely a great download
Super happy Iโm able to use and support an app as helpful and useful as this one. This should be one of the steps people take if they want to involve themselves in programming. They even teach English! My donations shall continue!!
Welp. Not great.
Itโs kind of wild to me that a site/app that teaches coding, would have an app that doesnโt work becasue of bugs.
Every time I try to login, it just sits there and spins. I have to close the app and reopen it and then it shows me as logged in.
Makes no sense.
Iโm sure the actual lessons are great, but if I canโtuse them, wellโฆ

app keeps exiting
everytime i try to use the app by doing the legacy responsive web design course, the app keeps exiting
Log in donโt work
It just gets stuck on loading screen please fix but 5 stars for the website
freeCodeCamp is awesome but this app needs work.
All of the video lessons give an error message so youโre unable to watch them.
Log in fail
Works fine if using app as an anonymous user, but just hangs when trying to sign in to an account, I have a Gmail account, log in fails using google, apple and email, I get the code in my email when using email address, but it just sits and waits after entering in validation code.
Progress not saved
Every time I try to login, either with Google or using email code, screen gets stuck โloadingโ and it never signs me in.
Perseverance!
Took me a while for anything I started here. I use the web site mainly, for my next certification or project I may start using this app more. Thank you, Quincy and your team for creating this resource for the community! I will spread the word! Thank you, thank you and thank you!
Trying for the first time
I downloaded the app to try out the daily code challenges, but every time I try to submit the progress button just spins
Itโs ok
Itโs ok. Has errors. I just started legacy python for everyone. The first video had an error and didnโt play. Now the Variables, Expressions, and Statements video doesnโt play. Thankfully it plays on their site. Iโm just going to use the site instead. This app has potential. Just needs fixing.
Not working
Hi there, I was using this app daily, I saw an update saying that daily challenges were available. I got glad that now exists. I updated the app and now all it does is crash on me
Fixing bugs
I tried to participate in the daily challenge but it keeps taking me out of the app but I really love the learning part the only problem I have for now is the daily challenge part
Best free coding app
Give it a try, I suggest using computer but this works on phone just as well!
Okish
The app has no guidance as to what you are meant to do ? Itโs not very user friendly
