App keeps crashing.
App not opening on IPhone
I really like this app and it worked well for a long time. But during past couple weeks it won’t open on my IPhone. Hoping this is fixed soon.
Good Service
I have used the free account for 2 years and it has been a blessing to all that I’ve connected with!
After Ios 15 update this app is not working
Mic Not working after ios15 update
Not good any more
Used to be able to connect to voice on iPad but not anymore. It only allows view even though voice shows connected. Junk product now.
App stopped working for iPhone, iPad and Browser
After months of successful use, the app suddenly stopped interacting with my standing conference call. I am not the host. Log on through the app to only hear the hold music. Multiple phone in participants without incident however as a TMobile subscriber unable to access this call without charge unless I use the app.
There was no resolution last year. Downloaded the app today thinking there was a suitable update only to be disappointed again!
Please fix the app. Thank you

Bad
I can’t hear anything
Great platform
I love this app because it’s easy to use and straight to the point. All the features are recognizable which makes transitioning from other commonly used apps smoother. I didn’t feel like I had to learn a whole new system. No complaints from any participants during my calls as well.
Amazingly easy to use and great functionality.
It was so simple to use. All I had to do was give my participants my access code and they were on the conference in seconds. It made for an easy and efficient experience for everyone involved which made the meeting go perfectly and with no distractions!
Solid app with great free features
As far as apps for free video conferencing and conference calls go, FreeConference’s app is solid. I’ve used it for several months now and it’s been very intuitive to use and all the features they offer performed very well on mobile, while is my primary device I use it on. Definitely would recommend

Awesome App
I love this app! It helps me manage all my conference calls by allowing me to schedule on the go. Highly recommended!
This update is great..
No I can see video in iPhone. But only thing after 30 seconds the phone screen goes off itself.
Mobile app is not friendly
I have an iPhone. When I connected to the video conference call, the sound was coming through my phones ear speaker and there is no way to switch it to speaker phone. I ended up having to dial in for sound and use the app for video. That would have been okay, but then my screen kept going dark and wouldn't stay in use. I kept having to click my screen to wake it up. After that the app would randomly close and I would have to rejoin. This happened several times within the hour. My mother was using the web version on her laptop and had no problems.

Video doesn’t work
Tried getting this to work.
First attempt, it didn’t work on our iPad - browser not supported. Can’t upgrade iOS on there as we have a couple of critical apps that won’t work if we do.
Second attempt using iPhone 8. Bit better - we managed to connect the call, but no option for Video. Checking settings, the app was not even making a request to use the camera.
Third attempt - tried on a MacBook Air. No luck there either. Again, no option for video. Tried both the web version and the app on the MacBook Air - nothing.
Then, as a final slap in the face, 2 minutes after the planned video conference had ended (which we ended up having to do via FaceTime) the video option suddenly appeared on the MacBook Air (nothing different done there), but too late.
Very disappointing.

Been trying to open the app but it is not opening. Have had to rely on the old app which will be tried out next week at next conference meeting. Please can you help? Thank you.
What Goofballs
Like other reviewers, despite being a customer since 2010, the app won’t recognize my login or even my email. Only goofballs would not have fixed this after numerous reports.
Excellent
I honestly am SHOCKED that this is not a 5-star app. This service works phenomenally. From being able to mute each person as an admin to the visual aids provided to show you who is speaking (whether you’re on the app or on a regular touch-tone / home phone). I would recommend this to everyone who is looking for a versatile app that works without any issues whatsoever.

You get what you pay for?
For reasons I won’t go into, I actually have to use the paid version of this “service” for one conference call to get some premium services, so of course I had to pay for a whole month. Had to rehearse to test out the system before the mandatory call, and I wasn’t able to get it to actually execute the features I was paying extra for. When I gave the feedback that I could not see the chat window when sharing the screen, the comeback was “go ahead and log in to the call with your cell phone also.” Really?
Also, for screen sharing the options are to share either the full screen or a specific window. But when my viewers could not see my PowerPoint presentation advance properly (even though it looked like it was advancing to me) the answer was, “oh you can’t just share the specific window. You have to share the whole screen.” Really?
I still have to use this for one call next week, but seriously I can’t wait to not be their customer anymore.

Won’t let me log in
I have used the desktop web site for maybe 10 years. The iOS app won’t accept my username and password. Useless app.
