Freedom Federal Bank App
Saves me going to bank or on the phone with the bank. I just love moving money around at my fingertips. I just go to my app for paying my bills online. Done quickly! Saving on stamps. Love the app!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Terrible app
Really can’t do much on this app. Can’t make external transfers. Can’t change pins. Can’t put a hold on accounts. Can’t close accounts. Absolutely useless app.

Nice app, but a couple of improvements would be welcomed:
(1) Add Zelle. Some banks have a Zelle capability “built-in” on their website, but Freedom FCU does not.
(2) Mobile deposits are difficult, as you have to manipulate your mobile device “just so” to take a picture of the check, and oftentimes your first attempt is not successful. However, with some financial institutions, the website takes control of your camera, prompts you to move your camera closer or farther from the check being photographed, and then automatically takes a picture when everything is aligned properly. This is a simple and virtually foolproof method. Recommend that Freedom FCU pursue this capability.

Good app except for mobile deposits
I have a bank account with BankFirst, which has a better system for making mobile deposits. With BankFirst, the app “takes control” of the camera and when the check image is aligned properly and in focus, the camera automatically takes a picture. This is a faster and more efficient than the method used with Freedom FCU. Please consider upgrading your mobile deposit camera.
