The newest update (at 11 rn) needs a serious update
I love this company so much and own many things from them, but this newest mobile app version is not it. They took away the background colors, it’s loading speed is pretty slow, there’s no ‘back’ option on many areas so it makes you go ALL THE WAY to the beginning of the app to reselect what you were looking at, the new search is for specific products rather than what it was when you could click on the theme category (loved), and it overall feels robotic and like they’re trying to be minimalist. I love the recycling/reloving option in app though, however it needs that ‘back’ button so you don’t have to go to the beginning.

Glitches
App closes when I try to make a return and when it does through it doesn’t let me chose store credit as a choice, only shop now. Even on the website it doesn’t allow store credit when I try.

App doesn’t work properly it does crash and you have to restart thinking you did something , it also freezes there website is amazing it works well !
