mobile depositing
this app is good for general banking purposes. it would be even better if you offered mobile check depositing.
Surprisingly pretty good
I was so happy to hear they got a new app. The old was VERY outdated. The new app wasn’t slow for my phone at least. It was simple to view previous months statements with “e-statements.” The last app required an activation code from the bank which was really annoying over the years switching phones and getting kicked out of the app. This new version has a straightforward enrollment option that didn’t require extra help if you’re the primary account holder with the necessary info. It took me less than a minute to sign up. My only petty complaint is that instead of being called “savings” and “checking” it uses the terms “regular shares” and “share draft account.” Otherwise very pleased👍

PAINFULLY slow and confusing
After calling the bank they told me the old App was discontinued - totally fine with that. So I downloaded the new one and I hate it already. It’s painfully slow to load or when you click on anything. I tried to open transactions and it froze. The spinning icon wouldn’t even spin. Had to close it out. Also, whatever happened to just sticking with the names “CHECKING” and “SAVINGS”? Now my accounts are named: - Regular Share - Other savings - Regular Share (again) no clue what this one is - Share Draft I have one checking and two savings under this account so what the heck is this other “Regular Share” account? Nobody likes change but speed and ease of understanding should be the top priorities. I love my bank but this app is “a swing and a miss” unfortunately. Updated: I have two accounts. One with my husband. And a separate savings account I keep for emergencies. I had trouble getting my savings account set up but I did get it set up (or so I thought). When I tried logging in with my separate savings account, it logged me into my joint account with my husband!! Regardless of the account number and password I put in it keeps logging me back into my joint account. This is EXTREMELY DISTURBING and making me feel like my information is NOT secure. ANOTHER UPDATE: ok I’m understanding more now. Apparently all your accounts will show up together. So my shared account with my husband PLUS my own savings will all show up when I log in. It would have REALLY been helpful if this was explained! We are used to having two separate logins for two separate accounts so one can only assume when entering your account number that the data seen will only be for THAT account number but that’s not the case. I still don’t like the app but getting a little closer to understanding the madness. LOL
