Doesn’t work
Link with Helium doesn’t work.
Paste Helium wallet address doesn’t allow you to see the field because the keyboard hides it. Same case if you try to type it in.
Once you get the wallet linked the app says ot is NOT linked and provides instructions on how to do it stating exactly the same as it was entered. Helium app shows the hotspots but will not connect to them either. Pairing is supposed to be a power button tap but scanning never discovers the hotspot.
Support is message/email only and poor response time and doesn’t understand the problem even with screenshots. Not sure how much more direct I can be. If it works for someone else AT all then why not for me. Brand new devices attempted, iOS/Android nothing works.
