iOS ver. FreeD Trigger for DMX bridges broadcast camera tracking and your lighting network. Listen to FreeD Type packets over UDP, define position and orientation rules, and fire DMX output when your virtual camera hits the mark - ideal for automated cues, follow spots, and integrated live shows. HOW IT WORKS • Receive FreeD tracking data on your local network • Monitor live X, Y, Z, roll, pitch, and yaw with clear signal status • Create trigger slots with flexible conditions: less, equal, greater, range, and more • Assign unlimited DMX actions per slot with smooth fades • Output via Art-Net or sACN, with configurable universe, channels, and frame rate • Edge-based triggering with hold time to reduce jitter on noisy tracking • Built-in conflict detection so active slots do not fight for the same DMX channels DMX FOR PRODUCTION • 8-bit and 16-bit (coarse + fine) channel control • Per-action fade times and target values • Test On / Test Off and blackout for safe rehearsal • Unicast to specific nodes or Broadcast mode for wide delivery (Pro) • Up to five target IP addresses for unicast destinations PROJECTS & WORKFLOW • Save and load show files (.freedmxproj) • Import and export projects between iPhone, iPad, and Mac • Activity log for troubleshooting on site • Tolerance and minimum hold time tuning for your tracking source FREE VS PRO Free: up to 2 enabled trigger slots, Unicast DMX only. Pro: unlimited enabled slots, Broadcast DMX, and full show capability. Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
