Can’t log back in
Must have been logged out and now I can’t get back in. Tried changing password etc but it just fails every time.
Change for change sake
The previous version worked well, the new version/layout is just annoying. Have now uninstalled it and sticking with free cycle instead
It’s not a very good website, but it’s a worse app
The app is essentially a less reliable version of the website. I’ve been using it for over a week and have had multiple red boxes pop up with errors that mean nothing to me.
I’ve also had several times when I’ve opened the app and I’ve just been presented with a blank white screen.
I love the ethos of Freegle and have given many things away over the years, but it’s back to the website for me.

Excellent app and website
Freegle has enabled me to donate many quality items to grateful recipients.
Freegle has helped the planet as some of those items would have ended up in landfill.

Excellent site for free stuff
Good app for clearing unwanted stuff
I have this app for a few years now and I never had problem with people picking up unwanted stuff.
Useful app
So satisfying giving stuff a new home. Amazing what other people want. The ‘send address’ feature is nice when arranging collection so you don’t have to type it out each time.

Freegle - A great recycling website!
The App makes this website easy to use - have it on my iPad and phone. Developers are improving it regularly. Certainly a better site to navigate than Freecyle.
Great app for recycling
Freegle is super easy to use and the people who use it seem to be friendlier than on other similar sites. Love the way you can mark an item as ‘promised’ and note the day and time of handover so that the system can prompt you both. Highly recommend this app for sharing your unwanted ‘stuff’ with others who have a use for it.

Does so much good
This is one of my favourite apps, so great for getting rid of stuff that has little value but could be used by someone. Must have saved countless tonnes from going in landfill!
Unable to log in on app
Since an update recently - info states site built on 18th June 2025 - it’s impossible to log in to the app. If you try for ‘support’, it takes you to the app you can’t sign into…..! Everything just freezes. If you manage to get your email address entered, then you can’t put in your password. If you choose to login with Facebook- it freezes. I deleted the app and reloaded it. Same. Please sort it out.

What a great resource
What a great resource. I have offered and received. It’s such a wonderful idea and saves items going to landfill and have a second use. I found so many things that were either very useful or just took my fancy. I’ve used things for their intended use or repurposed them. Whoever created Freegle is a genius!

A fantastic service to encourage re-use
Freegle is wonderful! It is such a good way to move things on that I don’t need, but have much use left in them . I have met some lovely people too :)
