Click on app support, takes you to their web page, which I have created an account, but does not give an option for support.

This app is so useless unprofesional dosent woking at all no cameras view is available dificult to conetct to this app no possible to login

Ditch this crap and use SoCatch. It is so far superior you would winder why you bothered with the Chinese junk.
Absolute crap!
Useless app that opens on an ipad with half of the login information unreachable as it's off the page. Unable to log in and use. A waste of time. Avoid this and get the plain non HD version instead!

DOESN'T WORK! I'm a CCTV installer. I will not be buying any more equipment which relies on this service. Check with your supplier before purchase!!
